Inflationary Fee Increases:

E-Filing will NOT be available between 17:00 Monday 7th April and 07:00 Tuesday 8th April to implement fee increases. During this period if you wish to file any documents urgently that cannot wait until E-Filing is available, such as Claim Forms where there is a limitation period set to expire or to comply with a rule or Order of the Court, please email these to HMCTSceFileTechCS@justice.gov.uk, or the court. The date and time of the email will be considered the date and time of submission.
