Fees Change Notice

From 01 May 2024 there has been a 10% uplift applied to some selected Courts and tribunal fees. If a valid process is received before 01 May 2024 in a fit state to issue, then the old fee will apply even if it is actioned after the fee increase. Any process date stamped as received on or after 00:00 hours 01 May 2024 will be dealt with under the new fee order.
