E-Filing will NOT be available between 18:00 Friday 2nd October and 06:00 Monday 5th October. During this period if you wish to file any documents urgently that cannot wait until E-Filing is available, such as Claim Forms where there is a limitation period set to expire or to comply with a rule or Order of the Court, please contact the Court directly, details can be found here Find a court or tribunal - GOV.UK. The date and time of the email will be considered the date and time of submission.

BUSINESS AND PROPERTY DIVISION - CE-FILE 1 OCTOBER TO 5 OCTOBER

• CE-File will be updated to reflect the nomenclature of the Business and Property Division on Monday 5 October.

• Users filing on Thursday 1 October or Friday 2 October should select the most appropriate "Court" and "Case Category" from the options available.

• These fields will be automatically updated for existing cases (existing as at 18:00 Friday 2 October). Existing case numbers will not change.
